  love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control.. love means duty:.

  a duty to be expressed on a sliding scale, towards: firstly, the organisation which is de facto god, the brotherhood, one's spouse and children, other family, worldly relatives, ex-jws, and lastly, to apostate 'persons' (not their deeds) in the form of godly hatred.. joy means routine:.

  UNAFFILIATED Christian Where Do You Feel Wanted??

  what if you as an unaffiliated christian went to a pastor, elder, or apostle of a church and after his service you went up to him and said, im one of those unaffiliated christians.. what would his reaction be?.

  would he look very startled?.

  would he even view us as a real christian?.

  But what if I started going to one of these churches and refused to join and said to the Pastor,"I won't join because I don't want anybody forcing me to beleive some doctrine of your church and I want to be able to teach what I beleive even if it disagrees what your church teaches."

  What churches are like this?

  I'm still looking and trying to find groups that are really as you say. I'm glad you have found some.

  At the same time I'm trying to be more accepting, and open to anyone who believes in Jesus.

  Good post.
  I have to agree that it is those that think they have the truth and only those who beleive like them are going to be saved that have really fooled themselves.

  I beleive in Jesus Christ and feel that's very important.

  But there are so many thing in the Bible that can be understood in a variety of ways.
  It's these persons that insist on their own interpretation of things, if a person is just a little bit reasonable they would not be so opinionated.
  What is really necessary for a Good relationship with God, it's not having all the Bible answers but how we treat others and not so much what we do, but more importantly why we do what we do.

  I guess we all get some satisfaction from doing something to slow down or maybe even stop unfair Mind Control.

  I'm going to keep experimenting. One day some one will come up with something so good that will do tremendous damage to the liars.

  With reguard to my first post I would like to say that I think there are many witnesses that know something is wrong and just can put their finger on it.

  They don't know they are under Mind Control, they know that the organization has lied but sill they feel that it is God's Org.

  That was my case I knew a lot of lies of the WT, but still felt it was the Truth. It wasn't till I read a few articles about mind control that I finally put it together.

  I know everybody's different and what worked for me may not work for them. I will try useing what my first post said and latter try something else.

  And I thank those who have emailed me with suggestions I willuse them in time.

  bboy,

  I see what your saying, and it's true we need to try and remove prejudice from the mind of the JW gently when ever we can. I not that good at hiding what I am or what I'm about. So I'm trying the very very honest aproach.

  Most people I'm sending these postcards to know me to be that way. They know I have tried always to be honest to them.

  They won't all read them it's true, but all I'm trying to do is to leave something to stick in their mind that will help free them from mind control maybe not right away but as time goes on. Every little grain of sand.
